MOLD DESIGN and MODELING
The purpose of the Design Team is to perform the product and plastic injection mold design that will meet the qualified, fast, economic customer requirements and prepare it for the production in the first time as much as possible. In order to achieve this, we work with the most advanced technology and specialized team from design to delivery.
The services provided in design;
Identifying the demands of the customer on the sample,
Conducting technical analysis on the sample,
Modeling the sample according to the demand of the customer,
Having the approval of the model from the customer,
Performing the mold design under computerized design (Cad) environment,
Through issuing the numerical codes of the designed parts in Cam environment, processing them in CNC machines.
We conduct the quality controls of the processed parts.
Our mold masters aggregate the molds.
A sample printing is taken from the plastic injection machine.
The quality control of the sample is performed.
The taken sample is approved by the customer.
And passed to production.
